I'm new to waxing. I did a lot of research did some calling around and asked many questions about male waxing. I found all my questions answered at Waxing the City, Oakbrook Terrace. The staff are extremely friendly and informative. I'm not going to lie, I was still very nervous about this male waxing service but my Cerologist Justyna who is very knowledgeable, caring, friendly and professional, got me to relax and not be nervous to what could be a very uncomfortable and awkward situation. My whole waxing experience was great!! Thank you Justyna!! Also to the staff at Waxing the City thank you for making me feel welcome and comfortable, you definitely have a new client! Wax on, Wax off.

I had a Brazilian wax with Layta. She was amazing. I'm prone to ingrown hairs and tried to get an ingrown hair out and she got rid of it in 2 mins. I had tons of Brazilian waxes and none of them were like layta.

AVOID this place if you have delicate Caucasian skin! I was there yesterday, for the first (and last) time, lured in by good reviews. I was BURNED on both cheeks. And not even sure why the girl went so high up, as I asked her to just remove the "peach fuzz" off my lower cheeks.
Went back there today to show them the burns & discuss the situation. I was offered packets of Neosporin which at closer inspection turned out to be expired 1 year ago. So I did not take them of course. The owner was apologetic and offered to issue a refund. I currently see that they issued a PARTIAL refund on yesterday's services (3 areas of my face was waxed, the refund is just for one area, the cheeks). Wow, I will get $8 back, so considerate and generous (said no one ever). 
I truly hope that there will be no scars on my face! Thinking of seeing my dermatologist.
