Once my hair was not to my liking.  Went back and they fixed it with no issue.  I go there all the time now.  Very professional and polite.

Oksana is the worst. Rude, condescending, tons of attitude for no reason, she really hates her job and customers. Her work is even worse than her attitude. 3 visits, 3 of the worst haircuts and experiences I have ever had. I feel sorry for anybody that has to interact with this person, avoid at all costs.

Sorry this took so long to post but honestly the "fade" I received was horrible. I'm posting now because I can see how horrendous it is. The younger girl that worked there didn't know how to cut hair. It wasn't even cutting hair, it was shaving hair. Uneven hairs all over and charged me full price for that because I requested a "fade". I went in the pouring rain only to receive a haircut from someone who was not qualified. Absolutely pathetic. And lucky I even tipped. Terrible.

Way over priced for Service rendered. Received bad service when I politely complained about not getting what I asked for I was insulted by staff

It's a great place. They do great on your hair, but you need to be specific. There are not a lot of employees but waiting times are short.
