Dear Great Clips: Your check-in system is AWFUL! I will never be back to any Great Clips store ever again and will NOT recommended to anyone. For those customers who are not aware of their ‘new system’ you have to do their ‘mandated’ check-in online (or via their app), so if you do a walk-in, for as long as people who did the check-in keep showing up, you will be bumped down the queue. So, after being here waiting for over 50 minutes, the resolution for 2018 and beyond is simple: I will never be coming back to great clips unless they change their system. I do NOT recommend at all going to great clips!

The place is nice enough for what it is. Good for children's haircuts or men who just want something simple done. I tried them once and didn't regret it.

Staff changes each time I'm there there but that is the nature of this chain. The people are very nice and, though my hair hasn't been cut the same way twice, I appreciate that the listen when there is a problem and don't pressure me to buy anything. Plus, Usf student discount

The only thing they're giving out at this location is awful haircuts and lice. If your under the age of 60 and want something other than the classic old man dapper Dan look this place isn't for you. Sat for an hour and a half to get a hair cut from a lady whose hands smelled almost unbearably of cigarettes and did not give me what I asked for. There's maybe one or two people that work here that can give you a good hair cut but you'll have to wait awhile to get it and if you don't check in online everyone that did gets to skip you in line for a haircut.
