I went in to get some bangs. I was seated immediately and the whole deal took less than 5 minutes. The stylist was very personable. The price was very affordable.

I've stopped by this location a few times now to get my hair cut, or my daughter's hair cut.  The people are usually pretty nice, but seem to vary wildly in how much they want to talk, or how quick they are.  I'm 50 now and my hair is really super simple to cut. I don't get a fancy cut.  In a rush, I've had people get it done in 5 minutes, maybe a bit less.  I don't have as much hair to cut as I used to and it doesn't take a lot of effort to cut it.  The people here seem to want to stretch it out as long as they can to make it seem like they are really working hard at it though, but really, I think they are just covering up for the fact that the prices are just way too high.  Now, for my daughters, if they come in and need ends cut, layering done, and there is a good bit of work to do, then the hairdressers are doing an adequate amount of work for the cost.  I've had my daughters in for stuff like that, or just simply to trim the bottom and clean up all the dead ends, which takes 5 minutes or less.  I still get charged the same price no matter what, and then a nice tip is expected too.  I love to pay people well for the work they do, but when the price is so high, I can't feel good about tipping much plus having the high cost of a haircut when the haircut is such a simple, quick one.  The wait is sometimes pretty long too.  I can't really say this is anything unique to this location, or even to Great Clips.  I have the same experience almost every where I go these days.  I want to like the place more and give a higher rating, but the overall sense of "I don't really care" I get when I'm in there, plus the high prices combine so I can't really give more than about 3 stars.

Don’t go here lady with the short blonde hair was lazy I asked for an 6 on the sides and 8 on top she just went 6 everywhere pathetic and useless. Messed me hair for a long time thanks a lot don’t know where you learned to cut hair but you could learn a lot.
