Just got my hair done there.  The woman haphazardly banged the clippers against my head which has resulted in what appears to be divots in the side of my head.  Her poor quality is matched only by the nonchalant attitude she took the entire time.  I usually take my business to the Great Clips on 95th.  I won't be making this mistake again.

I usually come here on Sundays. I almost always ask for the same lady because she can do a good fade. If I check-in online I can just walk-in and get my haircut within ten-fifteen minutes. I recommend checking in online about fifteen to twenty minutes before you arrive. The place is always clean and the staff is friendly.

I took my grandson in for a haircut yesterday July 7th. I got a rude woman who checked us in. Then when she did his haircut she was very rude to my 15 year old grandson AND he got the worst haircut ever from her. I have never been treated so rudely, received such a bad haircut EVER! I will NEVER step foot in the door of that place again. It will be worth it to drive a few extra miles to get better service that has a bit of customer appreciation. Whomever the manager is should definitely get rid of this woman. this review should have 0 stars!!!!!!

Online check in app is convent and highly recommended for this location as the wait times can exceed 30 minutes.  Don't expect the finest cut here but a quick trim is cheap, and the staff are friendly.
