I've been to this location a few times now. Every time they are busy. Which is a great thing. Except that while they are trying to do their job, they are also dealing with every single call, including those from customers and any one else who may try to contact the location. I know this because every time I've been in, my stylist has had to stop what she's doing to deal with phone calls, including those from management trying to send the stylists home for not meeting numbers (even though there was a lobby full of people waiting for haircuts). 
And every time I've been in, or even called to try to get help, there has never been management on premises OR they are simply not wanting to be contacted.
Since the stylists are focused on answering phones and getting as many people out the door as possible, they end up only partially paying attention to the customer. 
So, if you want to be herded in and out like cattle with no attention to what you actually want your hair to look like, then this is the place for you.

Just left because nobody was doing their job in a timely manner. People were going out of turn. After 30 minutes of waiting with only one person ahead of me is ridiculous. Not to mention with 3 employees there

I called this location for my wife to speak with a manager to get a haircut fixed. I will admit, I was upset and not happy. My wife has attempted to speak with management multiple times and has been told to leave contact info for a call back, but it seems anytime we have been there, management stops what they are doing and jumps on the phone. When I mentioned that we have made multiple attempts to speak with  management and this has been told to us, and that is is a bunch of BS, I was hung up on. This location is a load and nobody seems to put the customer first.

If you are a senior citizen ask for Megan.. very nice girl, understands wash & wear hair for the handicapped.
Try her... bet you ikeep going to her.

I have been getting my haircut here for over 7 years and each time when I pay there is a $2 off bounce back coupon at the bottom of my receipt. Today (3/6/17) when I got my receipt there was no coupon. When I asked about why the stylist (Stacey) said those coupons were only random but I should look for competitor's coupons and they will match up to $3.  In the 7 plus years I have been going I always got the $2...it was not random! Perhaps I should just start going to the competitor's due to your "Random Acts of Confusion"!!! 😒😒😒
