Unfortunately, in my city, we don't have an Ulta, so I always have to drive a little over an hour to get to the closest one. This was only my third time being in an Ulta (which is sad because I LOVE ULTA), but I had an amazing experience. Every single staff member greeted us and asked if we needed help finding anything or asked us how we were doing. That's so cool! They were so friendly and extremely helpful! The staff was amazing and honestly, because of that alone, this will be my go-to location. Great selection of makeup and reasonable prices. The store is very clean and they offer awesome services, including skin care and hair. I had a wonderful time here!

I love this ULTA (and the one on Ward Pkwy). Everyone here is soooooo nice and helpful. Even if the person I'm talking to doesn't know the answer to my question, they find someone who does. They are so professional but also convey this sense of welcome and warmth that makes me feel like I'm just chatting with friends I've known forever.

I was there today and i was shopping and there is a lady she work there she have black long hair working at make up section i ask her for help after she left me she went to hair friends and  i dont know what she was saying because the were looking at me weird looking i dont know if its is Racism i was one of there costumer all the time and i tell my friends about it but  am not going back there again👎👎👎👎

First time I went to the salon here, I had to wait 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. This was very annoying because I was getting my engagement pictures done that day and was on a schedule. The stylist didn't charge me for an anti-frizz treatment so, I guess that nice. Second time I came to get my hair cut, same thing happened and I had to wait over an hour because of an issue with scheduling. While I was waiting, I decided to get my eyebrows done which is probably the only great thing I received in service there and why I'm giving 3 stars instead of 1. Delilah (who doesn't work there anymore, from my understanding) gave great service and I loved how my brows came out! 

After I finally got my hair cut, the stylist kept making comments bout how I needed to get my highlights redone. I didn't want to get them redone though and when I was paying, she brought up making another appointment with her (which is normal) and I said no just because I wasn't sure if I wanted to come back because of the wait times I dealt with twice now. She said I REALLY needed to come in and get my highlights redone and when I said no, I was fine, she made a face at me like my hair looked awful. Really made me feel uncomfortable.
