Okay when I first started going there to get my haircut a young lady was cutting it and did such a fabulous job. I've referred other people to her and everyone had the same experience. The last time I went to her she said she took a new job with the company and wouldn't be there at the location anymore. She referred me to a man that works there for next time. Will he is certainly nice and I enjoyed talking with him but I'm on a limited budget as I was laid off and only get to get my haircut about every four months. So it needed to be right. Well in the salon it didn't seem like it had even been cut at all and I had asked for layers to be put back in it because they had grown out over the last few months. No just a short time later I am in the same exact situation with being able to do nothing with it because there's no layers cut into it. He didn't even touch the top at all. So now it's extremely long LOL. It was like taking a lighter and burning my money. I don't sit in watch every move they make when doing my hair but I assume that if I ask for layers and couldn't get layers. You can't really tell because they don't blow dry your hair or anything. I get home and realize that was all for nothing. One more comment. I live far from town like an hour away. In the past every time I called there to find out if my stylist was in that day they never would tell me not once. Therefore I would have to drive an hour to find out that she wasn't there. So I think it's just time to find a new place. This last haircut was actually the second person that did my hair there aside from my initial hairstylist and both times it was not good. I hate to write a negative review on nice people but I'm going to save someone a whole lot of headache and money if they read this review. I'm writing their service not their personality

The people here are not nice or welcoming. Hair cuts are always messed up. No longer coming back.

Would not recommend having your haircut done here. My hair was cut terribly uneven as well as shorter than discussed with the stylist. Since Great Clips does not offer refunds, which is policy in most salons, I was offered to have my hair re-cut by the manager and the next few cuts at no cost in an attempt to fix the mistake. When I came in for the evening out of my hair there were stylists chugging two liters of Mountain Dew and digging their fingers up their noses in an attempt to fix a nose ring. Then when I tell the woman why I'm there, to have the manager fix my hair, she turns to ask him (manager) if he wants to do it or should she. The level of professionalism here leaves something to be desired and I will not spend my money here again.

I went there today and wanted to get a hair cut for back to school. This year I go into high school so I wanted it to be good. It was absolutely hands down the worst hair cut I have ever gotten. They're supposed to have notes of what you get and they didn't. I told the lady that I wanted a 3 on top and a 2 on the sides. She takes the 2 and goes straight down the middle cutting off my bangs. So I told her that's not what I wanted so she had no choice but to cut it all off. I had no bangs, she had a purple streak in her hair.
