Not good with young kids. Very disappointing.  Rude and unprofessional.  My youngest sons hair is uneven and the lady was rough with him. Lucky for her, their daddy brought them. I would have asked for someone else to take over. We will not be back.

Have always had decent hair cuts here, and left happy. There have been 2 separate times where I have left completely unsatisfied. Both by the same woman. I walk in and first thing I hear is how much she wants to go home. Perfect attitude to have, and then completely jacks my hair up. Will not return.

Although this location do a sign-in list for costumers, they keep calling people/costumers randomly! Not sure if they intended to do it or something wrong with the system!

Walked in 20 minutes before closing time and was refused a haircut.Great customer service Supercuts.Will never come here again.

I walk in there and there's one stylist there. She sighs and walks to me. She asked if I signed in and I misheard her and said "what?". She apparently misheard me as well, because she asked for my name and then got an attitude when she saw that I wasn't in there (obviously).
The miscommunication wasn't a problem, but this lady was immediately unpleasant. I just walked out.
