The salon itself is super clean and a nice relaxing atmosphere. Staff was welcoming and pleasant over the phone and when I got there for my appointment. They offered refreshments including beer and wine, so I treated myself to a beer 🙂 I was looking for a drastic change (going from brown to blonde) and any other salon I have been to, they are always afraid and play it safe. Not this time. Kelly is an amazing hairdresser. She did exactly what I wanted with both the cut and color. The head and neck massage is also amazing. This salon not only met, but exceeded my expectations. I have another appointment set up in a month or so. I can't wait!

Worst haircut of my life, asked for 1-2 inches off the top and the back cleaned up. Ended up with 3+ off the top and 2+ off of everything else, gave the most simple directions and somehow she literally made the back and sides 3 different lengths. I'll never be back

Recently went here for a haircut because I liked my friend's hair so much and she recommended them. I couldn't be happier w the results and service. Will go back

My regular salon was booked, so I had to go to LKHA. There was a lot of availability at the last minute, which should have told me the kind of service I was about to receive. The facility is nice; however, the attitude of most of the staff offsets the vibe. When I walked in, I was given a tour and asked if I need anything. I declined. Once my service started, I was sitting around the "color bar" with 2 or 3 other girls. I was ignored the whole time while the rest of the people there talked about kids and babies ( I cannot relate). That was an annoyance, but not a deal breaker. My stylist asked what I wanted done. I said I wanted to go lighter in color. She asked if I wanted a cut and I said no. ...3 hours later (no joke) My hair was DARKER with strands of gray and I was charged $190 for a crappy color job and $50 for the cut that I specifically said I did not want. When I left I was on the verge of tears and I just wanted out of there. The next day I called and asked to talk to the manager. I told her I was unhappy with the ugly gray hair I just paid $190 for. She put the blame on the stylist and said I could talk to her. The stylist called me (3 days later) and said I could come back and pay an additional $190 for a new service. I was hoping they could at least fix the travesty they created, but nope! I am already a very light blonde, so I wasn't asking a lot to go lighter. Overall, very unprofessional and VERY overpriced for what you get. Avoid at all costs.

I went to get my haircut today. I haven't gotten a professional cut in over 6 years because the last several stylists ruined my hair. So to say the least I had major hair anxiety. I was very pleasantly surprised with the service I got. I am so pleased. Kelly did a great job, the atmosphere was awesome. Can't wait to go back. Worth every penny!
