Worst haircut I've ever gotten. Not even. Much shorter than I asked for. I asked for her to fix it and she made it worse. Kept asking personal questions. Nicked my ear. Wasn't even cheap. Never go here.

As long as you check in online before you leave your house, you most likely won't have to wait long.  Great friendly place.

Was next next in line and they had another walk in go first horrible customer service never going back find someone else who actually cares about there customers.

After 5 years it is time to find a new place.  Just this year, I have had 3 separate problems with this branch.  First time  had to wait about 30mins with the wait time showing 0mins.  Second time the hair-cutters  kept getting interrupted by the phone and checking people in so that it took a lot longer then it should.  Today I used the online check in with 0mins waiting. They had two hair-cutters working but they had computer problems.  After about 30mins they informed us that they could not do anything until the computer comes back on. Since when does it take a computer for a simple haircut?  Maybe they could not figure out how to price a haircut without one.  Time to try the Fantastic Sam's that just open down the road.
