I’ve taken my children here for haircuts many times. The staff is polite. I went for my own haircut and I am absolutely in love! They did such a great job!

Supercuts staff was not professional and not family friendly. I barely entered, and was told by multiple employees no food or drink allowed. After the staff moved from the check in desk, I finally saw the small sign about food or drink. Finally I was asked about the reason for my visit? I really wanted three haircuts; but couldn’t stay in this environment with my kids. We were standing in the door way, to obey the rule. I did not get so much as, “how long the wait would be?”
It was so uninviting and humiliating I told my children we’re leaving. I have never felt so unwelcome. That was the worst customer service in my life, please train your staff better.

I myself and my son received a "haircut" from this place. Both mine and my son's hair came out awful, looks like we were butchered and we had to go to our regular barber the following day to get out hair fixed. They don't comprehend what high and tight is and absolutely are unable to give a young man a gentleman's cut, I would highly recommend avoiding this place to get a haircut.

I have been going to super cuts for a long time now.  This last time I went the lady butchered my hair.  It was hard to tell when my hair was still wet but after straitening it later that day I realised she eather wasn't paying attention or didn't know what she was doing or something.  I want a refund, im very disappointed.

Deborah is awesome! I went it right before closing time and she was super sweet & understanding! I will most definitely be back!
