I've been a patron of this salon for almost three years and Ryan is the reason why! He is a fantastic stylist! He keeps up with the latest trends and is incredibly perceptive. He never lets me walk away looking anything less than fabulous!

Horrible experience! From the moment I arrived, one of the stylists (Ryan) gave me his opinion from the moment I arrived, and continued to lecture me the whole time that I was there. I asked for a specific color. He told me he thought it would be better to do something different. And he did. It was not what I had expected, and the whole time I was there--I kept thinking when is this going to be over with. It was a painful experience from the moment I arrived, and it was a major relief to leave. Definitely won't be back. Rates as the worst experience at a salon that I have ever had.

I came in with a couple of ideas for what I'd like done. I've never had my hair as short as I wanted to go. Mario took the time to ask me a ton of questions and walk me through exactly what he was thinking we could do because the pictures I had liked weren't really possible with the kind of natural curls I have. Mario took great care to make sure I walked away with a great look and I definitely did! Huge thanks to the whole team at Regis!

Years ago when I lived in the Buffalo area, Regis Salon at the Walden Galleria was my primary salon. I was in town August of 2014 and was badly in need of a color and cut. At first, I walked into the Regis Salon at the Boulevard Mall in Amherst, and was rudely interrupted by the hair stylist about how she wouldn't be able to color my hair. I wasn't looking to get my hair done when I walked in, all I was looking for was a price range. I refuse to pay money to a place that has horrible customer service, regardless of how well they are skilled at doing hair. So I decided to check with the Regis at the Walden Galleria. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a sincere gentleman named Mario. I told him what I was looking for. He asked me a series of questions having to do with what length I would like, the process and methods he would be using, as well as possible concerns. Needless to say, after speaking with him for about 10 minutes, I decided I wanted him to do my hair. He expressed himself in a very professional manner, he knew exactly what he was talking about and what he was doing. A few days later, I called in and made the appointment with Mario. The results? Exactly what he had promised! My hair was perfect when he was finished and I was extremely satisfied. That is the type of person I want to pay to do my hair. I sat in his chair, told him what I wanted, and he worked his MAGIC while I relaxed!

They have absolutely terrible customer service, Ryan has no concept of when he is insulting a customer.
