Service was great. The wait time was very little. I took appointment online which took only couple of clicks and few seconds only. As soon as I arrived at the salon, my turn came within a minute. Maciel was the staff there who gave a great haircut to me exactly the way I was looking for and described to her. Both by price and service, I find it worth the money.

I went a couple weeks ago and the woman whose name I don't remember cut my hair completely hacked it. She left the front of my hair longer then the back and now my hair has like 4 different lengths going on. I cant do anything with it. I have to let the back grow in long enough so I can cut it again. WILL NOT GO BACK AND I WILL NEVER LET THAT WOMAN TOUCH MY HAIR AGAIN. I'm so irritated. I wanted ti go back in and say something but figured theres not much they can do to fix it. I've been to Great Clips multiple times amd never had a problem until that woman touched my hair.

Had been here a few times before, had some good cuts and a couple rough ones but nothing as bad as what I got between Thanksgiving and Christmas. I walked in with shoulder length hair. I told the girl I wanted a stacked textured Bob. I asked if she had done it before and if she was able to (I ask this before I even sit down because of bad experiences elsewhere). She said yes. I asked for the back to be no shorter than the bottom of my ears and the front no shorter than my chin. After an hour of her cutting the back of my hair I reached back to find that most of my hair was gone. When I asked her about this she said she was trying to get it even. She then confessed that she had only been cutting hair for 6 weeks at that this WAS her first stacked bob. I asked her to leave it alone and just try to make the front match. After another 1/2 hour of her cutting she had to ask her colleague to finish. By this time I was shaking and in tears. She never apologized for the cut only for the amount of time I was there. She still charged me but gave me a card for a free haircut. When I got home, I read that the card was only good for veterans, not that I ever intended to return anyway. I have now had to have 2 people trim up my hair to try to make it look good. It is now Feb and my hair is still a half inch from chin length. Will never go there again!
