I had a very pleasant experience at Ideal Image. I met with Lauren for my consultation. I felt that she really listened and educated me for the service I purchased. I decided that Botox was right for me to help get rid of my “elevens” between my brows. My nurse Alicia was also delightful. She walked me through every step of the way. I will definitely be back for other services possibly coolsculpting and fillers for my lips.

Ideal Image has the best customer service I've ever experienced. I've been a customer for over 2 years and I'm still greeted with the same smile and enthusiasm that I received on my very first visit. Everyone on the team goes above and beyond to make sure that I am satisfied, and that my needs and desires are met. Everyone is very professional, but they also take the time to get to know you. I'm addressed by name, and my nurse often ask me how school is going (I'm a college student), etc. Every bit of the process is worth it. The treatments aren't the most pleasant, but for a lifetime of smooth skin, I'd do it all over again.

Love love loved my experience at the ideal image in Allen Park staff was super friendly and helped me to decide what was best for me.. Would highly recommend to family and friends . Prices where reasonable also .

I have been a client at Ideal Image Allen Park for over two years now. The staff is VERY friendly and helpful. The office has great energy and is very clean and sanitary. I have had multiple services done at this location, and plan to continue being a client there. What I love most about Ideal Image is they only use licensed healthcare providers to do your treatments, and they provide top of the line customer service! So glad I found an office that takes the time to truly listen to my needs, and help me find a solution!
