This place deserves zero stars for hiring and not firing this lady who decides she doesn’t want to actually cut hair so she pretends to cut your hair.  She will cut across your head but she won’t touch the top of your head and then She acts annoyed whenever you ask her otherwise why she still works there I have no idea but some corrective actions should be done immediately I spent $30 here on 2 different haircuts I didn’t even get I want my money back!!!!!!

Sarah is great! She cut my hair today and last time. She ALWAYS does a great job! Plus, her smile makes you believe that you were meant to be there in that specific moment with no regrets.

I never write bad reviews for companies or products but today is going to be the exception.  
I have taken my three grandchildren to Great Clips for over 13 years.  I have been to varies locations:
University
Loop 288 (for a number of years)
Hickory Creek (we followed Ms. Emily to this location)
We go nearly every single month for two haircuts for boys that are now getting adult haircuts and my granddaughter is normally every two months.  (she is 7)
Today we had to go in and we waited all week because Emily was on vacation.  When we arrived we found out there was going to be nearly a two hour wait for her. (which I understand...everyone comes to see her)
I couldn't wait that long today and so we tried a new girl, after all ... we just needed a HAIR ADJUSTMENT since my darling girl decided to cut a chunk out of her hair.
So the following is what we did.
1.  Asked for a TRIM---13.00
2. Asked that she shampoo her hair first so she can see the damage that was done at the home on the ranch beauty shop.

After the cut I asked if she would dry her hair since we were going to lunch.  There was still a large gap when D cut her hair so I asked if she would put a braid in the bang (I get this done ALL THE TIME)

When we were checking out the girl was having all sorts of issues.  She said she need the MANAGER because she needed help added EVERYTHING ALL TOGETHER...really
SO the wonderful Manager, Melissa who is always rude when we go in and again we are there a lot!  We have been there years before her and we will be there years after she is LONG GONE.

There was a 30.00 charge for blow drying her hair and putting a braid that she didn't even put our rubber band back in.  The hair feel out by the time we got 3 miles down the road to lunch.

The manager made no excuses, didn't try to apologize or explain.
I would NEVER pay 30.00 for a blow dry.  This is more than Coyotes in Pilot Point, TX.  Jessica does great and is not that expensive.  Again for a SEVEN year old girl.  
I am going to try to put the photos on here.  I have tried to do my review twice an it won't post.

I am going to contact the regional on this...as we may need to find somewhere else to go.

This is the 30.00 HAIR STYLE that we got today.  Again not even our rubber band was put at the end of the braid to hold it in place.

If the Manager would have acted like she cared, understood, apologize that I was SO STUPID I didn't dream anyone would try to take advantage of me.  I would be okay but just as she does every time we go in...she sticks her nose in the air and walks away.
I am not sure what her duties are but I think I would check it out.

I always come to this location. Their manager Melissa is always so friendly and very courteous to my family and I. The girls that work at this location have always been so professional and helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone.

The worst place to work for as a stylist instead of having a positive vibe for employees all there is are stylist that create drama and some of them are extremely lazy I also felt like I couldn't talk to any of my managers because after I had an issue i would speak up I either got blocked from to where I couldn't contact them this is by far the worst place I've ever worked and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone,I hated going to work everyday and I've never felt like that at any job!  Reminding you I worked at this company before prior! Before I got called again to work there and was told everything was different but it wasn't. The very first time I worked for this company it was literally two weeks and I got terminated after given 3 quality checks in one day and was told basically my haircuts were not good enough every hair job I've ever had no one has ever complained about my haircuts or they would send you to classes to try and help you. So yes I've worked for this company 2 times and each time was a horrible experience I will never in my life work for this company after the way I was treated two times! You get picked on at this job site and they ALWAYS make it seem like you don't know what your doing as a stylist . The worst managers I've ever encountered and unprofessional.Definitely the worse place to work as an upcoming stylist.
