I've gotten my eyebrows threaded numerous of times and never have I experienced such poor work. First, I consulted with the specialist and showed her a picture of how I previously had them threaded because this is how I wanted them done. This was not the case, as she began to thread I started to feel pain I've never felt before, I knew something was wrong. To my surprise my eyesbrows were virtually gone and I explained to her I didn't like them and she tried to justify what she did instead of apologizing. My eyebrows have scarring under them which I've also never experienced. She comped the session but I would've been fine if she told me she could not do them. I mean her eyebrows were flawless!

Bought 2 Groupons for $30 services, 1 for my daughrer & 1 for myself, the 1st visit the lady said I couldn't use the whole thing as in I couldn't use it for threading & tinting (services total $30) I was like I bought the $30 option because I wanted both done & the Groupon didn't say only for threading or anything specific. Eventually she figures it out, so we use the groupon.... but we get home & my daughter has no tint left by the morning, I'm thinking it's a $20 service should last more than 1 day plus it's dye.. I call they say it's only supposed to stick to the hair, lasts about a week...umm this was 1 day... well we get that but its not there period! we go back & another girl does it ok fine but that's wasted gas. This time the "tint" lasts about 3 days... Go back this Saturday for my turn, same lady was there but I had an event that night so I had no choice but to use her cause I already bought the groupons, I figure she can't mess up twice right? Wrong! By Sunday I had no tint & there's a huge scab where she ripped my skin off. Now I'm a military wife so this isn't my 1st threading or trying new places but I mean seriously? I will be going by there today to show them. Maybe it's just this particular Lady... but my service has not been good.

This was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded and I was really nervous. I went to the place sat down with a girl there as she was only the one working at the moment. I totally couldnot get her name but it was Swas... (bad at remembering name) She had a smile in her face welcomed me and placed me in the chair, looked at my eyebrows and asked me what I wanted to do. I simply told her I wanna get them threaded but never did before. She looked at my face again and told me ; "am not being rude or something am sorry to say your eyebrows are not even but we can try to fix them". This was the thing I liked most about her. Her customer service won my heart. She was polite and friendly. She kept on asking me if I was fine as it was my first time for threading. And when She handed me mirror to look at them it was much cleaner than waxing and looked kinda similar. I would definitely recommend her. Thank you you were too sweet.

I went to this place like 2 weeks ago and had best threading experience. The girl who did my eyebrows was too sweet. Her name was Swasti something i forgot. But she made my horrible eyebrows so much better. Will surely go there next time searching for her.

The place is clean, the staff are kind, the prices are great! In addition to that they offer great discounts and deals. I got my whole body waxed pretty much and it was very quick and though it's always a bit painful she did a great job and it wasn't as painful as it normally is.
