We followed Ly here from the Woodinville location. We drive 40 minutes specifically to have her cut our hair. She is absolutely wonderful with with our children, including our younger child who is autistic. In addition, she is a skilled stylist and I always get compliments on my haircuts - a fantastic stylist and  haircut!

I used to come in and get a haircut within 10-15 mins.  Now I come in and sit while 8 people who made online reservations show up after me and get seated in front of me.  
If your motto is "walk-ins welcome" then you really should understand that we don't want to be penalized for it.
I understand that times have changed but some of us still do things the old way.

Compared to the one in Sammamish, I have found this one usually has a much less wait time. Not much difference in the quality of service. Sometimes I get a great haircut sometimes is just ok.

This is a convenient location. As well as a very well trained staff. Salons like this have a bad reputation, but they have always done an amazing job on my young daughter and my husband.
