Absolutely horrible customer service. I went here to get a perm and a haircut, my stylist shamed me and made me feel uncomfortable about my request, was doubtful my hair would turn out well, and bad mouthed me to the other stylist and customers. She barely even cut my hair at all, and charged an extra $60 on top of a $110 perm, neither of which even looked that great. I will never go back here, I strongly suggest you seek any other salon in the area.

When I called to see if any of their staff could cut my style, I was assured there were two.  When I got there the individual who was one I was somewhat disappointed that this was only her 2nd time to "attempt" the cut.  At the end I tried to help her by showing how to do it.  
I spent nearly an hour at home fixing it.  Most of these national companies instruct their employees to not turn away any style haircut​, regardless of the employees ability.  They should, at least, be up front about their inability to do certain styles.  
She at least tried and was willing to learn from someone who has had a difficult style nearly my entire life.
