Checked in online at 2:24 and it said 30
Min wait and that i would be up at 2:54. Showed up at 2:50 and checked in and it said I had a 19 min wait. I asked her what the deal was and she said "not my problem I'm just a stylist I just work here." What a joke. Get it together sport clips!

A few of the stylists are good but they are few and far between. Store is clearly not equipped to handle the volume that walks through the door on a daily basis, clearly a management issue, not on the stylists. We will not be back.

Extremely friendly. Willing to adjust to your preferences. Popular place so it is busy but the manager is fantastic at being able to help people in a timely manner!
