I just had the most negative experience I have ever had at a hair "salon." The woman who was going to cut my hair was very unfriendly right off the bat. She asked what I wanted and I told her I just needed a trim. She asked me what I thought a trim was. I responded that I just needed it cut up to where it's healthy as it's been a while since I've had a cut. She told me that in school they're taught that a trim is just a half inch. I explained that I didn't want a haircut based on an arbitrary measurement so to just cut it to where it was back to healthiest hair (just like dozens of other hair stylists have done for me in the past). She said, "Well, then I am going to have to cut a lot off- almost all of it." I asked why. "Because of all the damage." I asked her incredulously what damage she was referring to. "All the damage from the coloring." I have NEVER colored my hair! What the hell was this lady talking about. I told her I was leaving and grabbed my stuff and left. She just said a pathetic, "sorry." My hair had been in a bun, so it was a bit kinky, but I KNOW my hair isn't damaged. I don't color it, and I rarely blow dry my hair. Yes, it needed some upkeep- hence my visit- but it is anything but damaged all over. This woman was rude and clearly has little to know knowledge of hair. A truly infuriating and demoralizing experience.

For many years, I've only had my haircut here. Today was my last. Company policy of not accepting a $50 for services is crazy. $14 haircut, means change would be a$20, $10, $5 and a $1. Six of which always goes to tip. Petty rules just cost you a loyal customer. I'm handicapped and had to walk around to find change. Teach your techs how to make change. I'm making a change, I'm going elsewhere.

This is the BEST Great Clips in Pueblo.  I live on the Southside but I would rather have to drive across town than to have to be EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED like I always was, by going to the Great Clips nearer to my home which is on the Southside.  I have not been unhappy with any of my cuts/trims that I've had done at the Northside Great Clips.  Thank You!  🙋

Not at all a friendly environment today.  The woman who cut my daughter's hair came off as annoyed, as if it was a huge  hassel to cut a few inches off and do a little face frame.  She complained about there being   tangles...my daughter has naturally curly hair! Usually the stylists are helpful and happy here.  Not today :/
