Ok so this is kind of an edit. I had wonderful service here. The lady was nice and listened to exactly what i wanted done with my hair. However, after a couple weeks I have extremely bad split ends again. My hair is breaking off and splitting in different place in the same strand. Not sure why but it's also only in one spot. I'd go back again and get a cut from the same goal again but I'd also let her know about the last cut.

I got my haircut here, I showed them a pic of what I wanted and it looked absolutely nothing like the pic. It was super uneven because she rushed through it. I wanted a geometric design on the back of my head. All line work, like when you get a hard part done in your hair. Simple. I can do it even myself but I can’t see the back of my head, which is the only reason I went to someone else for this. The design that was supposed to be geometric line work with pointed angels, ended up being very circular. Wish I could post pics in the comments to show you how horrible it is. And the worst part is, I went to shave my whole head because it’s on my bucket list. So I buzzed my head to an 8 and when she screwed up the back of my head, it couldn’t even be fixed since it was way too short already.

Not exactly what i asked for for my son but he's in Kindergarten so he didn't care. Quick but kinda pricey. Next time I'll go to the old school barber.

Stephanie was AWESOME and the check in app is so nice. I can make sure my stylist is there for those spur of the moment hair emergencies before getting to the shop.
