I visit at 1-2 times a month for product or a trim.  The young ladies are awesome and know what they are doing.  My last visit was 2 wks ago and DORA happened to show up.  Those with licenses know what I mean.  The stylists were very professional (as always).

Today, I drove from out of town to get my son's hair cut. We found Mastercuts at the Mall back in August  since in our town it's super hard to find a place to work with busy student-athletes who work too. We had a really great experience the last 2  times. We asked for the same lady; however, we were given to another lady. My kid has great hair and wanted 1.5 inches off the length and top layer with all the other layers cut to flow. I told the lady his hair curls naturally so the layers are important. After I had to go over to the women twice, I was livid. She had no clue  what she was doing. What stylist doesn't know how to layer hair. She finally asked another styles to help, but the damage was done.....3 inches off the length, uneven layers, and curly wings around his ears......Disaster!!!

I had a GREAT experience here today! I'm from out of town and decided to get a cut and some highlights. I was a walk-in and as soon as I went to the counter Sharon came to greet me :) got me all setup and had me in her chair within 15 minutes! Not only did she listen to me about what I was wanting to do but she made me feel right at home! She was SO kind and did an outstanding job on the cut and color! I'll definitely be making the 4 hour drive to see her again! She treated me like family! It was a great experience!  ♡

The best. Jessica is amazing. She is the first and only person who who cut my hair exactly the way I have always wanted. The shop is friendly, accommodating, and very professional. Highly recommended.

There was a stylist named,  Sharon, that was extremely rude! She is very unprofessional & comes off to be extremely bitter.  I honestly hope she finds a way to channel her anger elsewhere instead of towards  people who are just trying to give her business.
