First time being at a great clips. Was greeted with amazing service and the online check in helped me avoid lines. I was initially nervous because I am a black male and have very course hair so it can be difficult for someone with out experience on this type of hair.Every time I've had my hair cut in the past by a non black person (no offense, just being truthful) it was messed up. My hair was cut today by a beautiful, amazing lady named Elizabeth and it turned out PERFECT. Great service, great pricing, and a GREAT HAIRCUT! I will be going to her for my haircuts from here on out. Thanks!

I decided to cut almost a foot of my hair off and Nana did a great job. I can honestly say I've never been happier with a haircut, especially at a price like this.

I just wanted to know how long of a wait it would be for a haircut, couldn't get an estimated time. I was told there were only two people waiting ahead of me and two scheduled online that hadn't shown up yet so it wouldn't be long. After giving them my name and enough personal information to write a book I sat down to wait. Then another customer came in asking how long it would take and she told him fourty five minutes. I waited about fifteen minutes while both online reservations showed up and I kept getting bumped down the line. I was on my lunch break and had enough time to get a haircut or eat lunch but wasted all my time waiting. Had I simply been told that it would be thirty to forty minutes I would have said thank you but I don't have that much time to wait and left. At that point I would have tried back some other time since this location is right by my bank but since I can't get an estimated wait time there's no point in ever returning.
