We brought my child in to get a trim Saturday. We were turned away by a stylist saying that my kiddo had head lice. She does NOT have head lice, as I took her to be checked by a nurse, because I refuse to buy over the counter remedies that often don't work for most families. I'd prefer to get the strong stuff prescribed and get it knocked out. We have never had Lice in our home even one time. But just because the lady said that, we took precautions and it freaked the whole family out and there are a lot of us in one house. All that to say If a stylist does not want to cut a persons hair, just say it. It was not busy that day, as there was only one customer in there when they got there. No need for the head lice drama when there is none. Very rude, embarrassing, and unprofessional. As a company y'all may say better safe than sorry, but I say, get your eyes checked, or do a training again on what head lice/Nits looks like! Very underwhelmed with this experience.

Good place to get a fast haircut but don't expect to build a relationship with any of the staff as they come and go quickly. If you don't want something fancy and don't want to pay a lot this is your place.
