Awesome experience. My 6yr old boy was so scared of a cut but the ladies were so gentle and kind and encouraged him and kept telling him we was doing great and they were proud of him. They treated him so Sweetly. Thank you. 4/19/18 around 7pm.

Because 0 stars isn't an option. I went in today for a light trim on my shoulder-length layered long bob. Stephanie cut my hair, and I had never had her before. I did not get a blow-dry b/c I was in a hurry and prefer to air dry to avoid frizz. Once dry... It's AWFUL. My hair was layered on the right side, looks like a blunt cut on the left, and my bangs start halfway to my crown and end an inch and a half above my eyebrows. I had my glasses off and couldn’t see what she was doing at the time. I look like a little kid who cut her own hair with blunt scissors. I did go back later for a refund, and another stylist offered to even out the cut. She matched the right and left sides, but there is nothing to be done about the way-too-short bangs but let them grow out.

I had very long hair going in and specified that I only wanted a 1/4 of an inch off. Whoever I had today cut about 2 inches off and gave me terrible layers that are extremely choppy. I’m hesitant to go to a salon and get it fixed because that would mean having to go even shorter in length because my layers are so extremely short. I now hate my hair. Layers are extremely uneven and terrible.

Had to explain 2 times how to do my hair. Finally told her it was fine. Left and went somewhere else. Also my husband is retired marine and HIS stylist was arguing with him that he didn't know what his hair cute was called. Never will I be going back. Pretty sad too. My sister was the manager for almost 5yrs at another close Supercuts. This one is such a shame.
