So I’m wanting to go back to a long hair style after many years, and my stylist was very supportive of that decision and advised how best to achieve that. She was very interactive and I was satisfied with my haircut. Prices are fine for a men’s haircut, but for woman’s haircuts—$14 is really good. Since the computer gave me a coupon for a month out, I’ll be back in a month to clean up and shape my growing hair. Not sure why there’s all these 1 star reviews, but I suspect some are fake so take everything with a grain of salt is all I can say. And next time you need an affordable haircut, give this place a try. 

Tip: For minimal wait time, I strongly suggest using their online check-in ~25 minutes before your expected arrival time. This helps hold you a place in line and I’m not sure, but I think it may help with whether or not there are enough stylists on the clock.

First experience using Great Clips! Raven was amazing! Very personable and gave me a fantastic haircut! She definitely made me feel like she cared about making my locks look great! Will happily return!

Absolutely a most horrible experience.. I went to get my hair trimmed on 4/5/18.. Had most unfortunate luck to get this rotten girl named Cassie.. I tell her I want my hair blended in the back 3 down to a 2 (the smaller the number, the closer the razor cuts the hair).. So she buzzes at 1 setting while lying to my face she did a 3 and all the while shoving the razor into the back of my skull repeatedly as hard as the witch could.  Then she sprays my hair wet.. 20 sprays.. doesn't care she's spraying in my face; my eyes, ears.. doesn't give a S that i'm trying to cover my face .. No acknowledgment.. no apology.. Just in the rotten person's little world.  Eventually told her to stop and had to have another person finish the cut..  No one said 'sorry'.. No one gave a damn...  Cassie should be fired!.. Has absolutely no business cutting hair or dealing with people.. If you still go and suffer, its on you

Got checked in by Raven. Promised waiting time by her was 15 minutes. After approximately 1 hour of waiting time, I asked Raven about her promised waiting time. Her reply was back to me I never promised you anything. She even raised her tone and voice to me. Instead of solving the problem and providing further guidance, she rolled her eyes and walked away from me. General greeting and promise means nothing at this place. Terrible customer service.
