My daughter just got home from getting her hair cut with her grandmother. The manager Jessica cut her hair. They both said she was very rude and rushed through cutting multiple customers hair without even double checking her work. They told Jessica they wanted 3 inches cut off and she said it would look healthier if she cut 7 and went along and did it without consent. After she was done she very upset and nothing was said by Jessica and she was still charged full price. Now to deal with a crying preteen and an irreversible haircut. This should not be acceptable specially not from a manager. I will be calling corporate as well.

So my daughter took my son there to get a trim in his 9th birthday. First, they made a fuss about his name being Ashley...its a boys name. Then the haircut. One side burn is about a half an inch shorter than the other. There isnt a single straight line around the back and sides. She made a mistake on his bangs and just kept trimming them shorter and shorter to correct the mistake. Theyre nowhere near his eyebrows like she was told he wanted. Then the hair gel...after she was told not to use it. So he left crying- on his birthday- and i had to take him out looking like that. Seeing people and getting pictures taken like that. My daughter should not have paid. I have to completely shave his head to fix this. I am beyond livid.

Said there was  0 wait time on line when I got there it said a 38 minute wait time. Checking in ahead really doesn't save time. When arrived they don't have proper information reads personal information out loud in front of other clients. No professionalism.

The enviroment was fine. Music was good. But my hair was so butchered there was no saving it. With the first cut she made she completely screwed it up. So dissapointed i will never return.
