The receptionist both of them need to work on their professionalism and maybe greet a customer when they arrive for a service. Stood there for a good two minutes at least without a hello or eye contact to acknowledge me. Other then that the pedicures both my daughter and I had were so good. Both men did amazing jobs.

I got the dip polish manicure. A week later one of my nails cracked in half. I called to get it fixed and they said they couldn’t get me in until 4 days later. I was going to be out of town. They said they would call me back. Called and asked if I could come in that day when I already said I couldn’t. Then never heard back. The rest of my nails have fallen off since. Didn’t want to pay over 50$ for something that would last a week! Seems like they don’t care as long as you come in and pay. Will not return.

Decent pedicure, both nail technicians my mom and I had were incredible and friendly. The space is beautiful as well and the atomosphere is very calming. However, both receptionists were not friendly and rather rude. We spoke to the woman on the phone where she was unenthusiastic and her main response was an underwhelming "yeah". While we were paying we spoke to her again and she didn't even look up from her computer to say have a nice day. Would have been a much better experience if the welcoming was a little more warm.

High prices for high quality is okay,  Utopia is not the case. 

Good? - the staff (not the receptionist) were super nice and friendly.  Although they made a lot of mistakes with what we asked for.

Would NEVER  recommend it to anyone. It was 5 of us, two acrylic nails set, two shellac, and one gell set. .... We all agree "NEVER AGAIN "

My friend recommended this place because i am very picky and I absolutely loved it. Faye did my nails and they are perfect she was so nice and took her time and will definitely be coming back.
