My 6 year old and i went in for haircuts one evening. The girl who cut my daughter's hair was so rude...she did not speak one word to my daughter. She didnt ask her name, she didnt ask how old she was, nothing. No small talk. Just made my child sit there in silence for 20ish minutes. While i was getting my haircut right next to her and my daughter could hear my stylist having a conversation with me. Then after her cut, she told her to sit in a styling chair behind us and wait for me. She never brought my daughter over to me and asked if i liked her cut or if I wanted anymore off. She said nothing to me and just told my daughter to sit. Then like any 6 year old would, she was spinning slowly in the chair and the stylist yelled at her and said "If you dont stop spinning, you will go sit in the lobby." Im pretty sure asking her nicely to stop  and telling her that she could get hurt would have been more appropriate instead of yelling at my child in front of other customers. We left and i called the store the next day and asked to speak with a manager. She was out on leave so they had the owner call me back. The owner did nothing but make excuses and tell me that maybe the stylist thought my child would start moving around if she talked to her...in my head im thinking shes 6...not 3 or 4! Then she blamed the generation we live in and that everyone texts these days which was ridiculous and tell me that clearly her stylist is in the wrong profession because she would definitely be speaking to her customers. I cant even remember anything else she said since it was mostly rambling and excuses. She then promised to send me coupons in the mail which i never received. This happened probably close to 5-6 months ago. I no longer want any coupons and will not be returning to Great Clips and will not be emailing anyone if they reply to this review. I've already talked to someone and now leaving this.

Limited services. Hair cutters turn over at high rates. Have never gotten the style I've asked for even with pictures shown.

Not a bad place for a cut.  Usually long waits though so do mobile check in.

Terrible. They cut my son's hair all crooked & we had to go back to another one to get it fixed. I don't like to waste time

I used to come here every time for my haircuts, now I unfortunately will not be back.  I was told that they were not accepting new customers 45min + prior to closing with 1 stylist having an open chair.  I was told because 2 people were checked in online (who were not present) that I would have to leave.  I'm not sure what changed at this store but I will not be back.
