I went there to get a trim and fix up my bangs. I asked to make the bangs side swept. She cut it oldly and it's all messed up. It's not even what so ever. Never going back.

I wanted a very short cut and I got it! I was very satisfied except that after i washed it, it stuck out everywhere. Probably not the stylist's fault, but I did say that I didn't want it cut if that were going to happen. She said that it shouldn't. Maybe I just have unusual hair?

I have been going here for a few years and can say that the level of customer service espoused is second to no other Great Clips I have been to.  They consistently exceed my expectations.  Of all the Cosmetologists (and they are all skilled), I believe Paige understands what the customer wants and has the vision to offer style suggestions that are practical and repeatable. Whoever is developing the employees at this location is doing a great job.

I had been growing my hair out for the last 5 months from a previously bad haircut. I thought that at the very least, I could get a basic trim at Great Clips just to get the dead ends off, nothing too complicated. I specifically asked for only about a half inch off all around and explained that I was attempting to grow it out. The stylist took roughly 2 inches off, and basically cut my hair so that it appears that I have 2 soup bowls (layers) on top of my head. I'm extremely disappointed that I spent the last 5 months trying to grow it out, and now I am back to square one. I am not able to even pull it back into a ponytail while waiting for it to grow out again. I felt that the stylist didn't listen to me and just did what she wanted.
