I was kind of hesitant to go here for my makeup application after I read the reviews BUT I AM SO GLAD I DID. 👍👍👍 Kelsey did my makeup and was so friendly, professional and made sure I was happy with my look at the end. I literally got attention from FOUR different people who all wanted me to SLAY at this wedding I attended last night. One made sure my wing liner was on point, one added some more contouring.. I felt like a princess! Thank you team at ULTA Brentwood. 🤗🤗

The girls working are always too busy talking to each other than offering to help customers. I walked out twice without anyone asking to help me. Won't be back.

My husband and I spent 30 minutes in Ulta in various sections and were not greeted or acknowledged by any of the employees. It would have been nice to get assistance but it was not given.

Had a 1:00 Hair appointment, was not brought back until 130.  She redid someone makeup application 3 times instead of prioritize my appointment. Did not follow my request. Very slow.  Very disappointed

This was my first time coming into the store since I usually shop online. I was coming for exchanges since the colors I ordered were extremely too dark. So I walked into the store and said hello to the first salesperson I saw. She turned and walked away. I had to hunt her down and ask if she could help match me with what I needed. She somehow couldn't believe the color was too dark. It's like 3-4 shades too dark. So I pretty much just did it myself. Next time I'll just try and call customer service to help me with shades since the girls in the store don't seem to be interested in helping.
