Took my autistic child for a haircut. Sat him in my lap to help keep him calm (which didn't work) and I left covered in hair. So, definitely not recommended for individuals  with mental disabilities or cognitive delays. Initially that helped to check me in was not thrilled about dealing with a child. This pretty much set the tone for our visit.  The staff seemed to either hate their job or just weren't in the mood for good customer service. The stylist that cut his hair did an okay job. Could have been better. I was accompanied by my other children, who thankfully are well behaved because the seating area doesn't really accommodate their younger clientele.

My mom, (78 yrs) cancer patient, always looked forward to going to this salon. They even have Veterans Day free cuts. Our attendant,  Kimberly Bennett did not know at the time, she was giving mom her last shampoo and cut. Kimberly was always patient, accommodating, and gentle with my mom, but that day, September 21, 2017...we knew it wouldn't be much longer. I want to thank Great Clips and especially Kimberly for bringing Ginny McCullers so much joy.

I use this as my go-to secondary whenever I fail to schedule an appointment with my regular hair lady on time. They've always treated me well here, no complaints. It can get packed quickly though, being in a up-and-coming area. Using the online-check-in beforehand can give you and sides of what you're walking into.

Got in got out, fast and easy even though I did a walk in and didn't know what I wanted done. Even if I had to wait the did the job fast. Under rated

Did not like the last haircut i got. I told her what i wanted and showed her picture. Outcome totally different. Very choppy and messy looking. I mentioned to her i didn't see layers. Thought it might have been me. Otheres agreed, bad cut.  I have to see if i can fix it. On another note, i have been here a few times and not gotten a bad haircut with Mary. Mary does a good job!  The lady next to her was the one who did the bad haircut. Don't know her name. I doubt i will return. If i do, i am asking for Mary.
