When Isabel Sloane needed a cut and color, Mimi and Dawn would not give her Nicole Kidman's color.  They persisted with the beautician scam and used a lot of brown dye which was the color that was used to ruin Isabel's hair when she was a little girl.  Shame on you!

Had my hair cut here a couple of weeks ago and it is the worst haircut I have ever gotten. I cut it short and its so uneven that I an going to have to have it corrected. They have a sign that says, "We fix kitchen haircuts;" funny I look like I received a kitchen hair cut from them.
