Lady who waxed my eyebrows used super hot wax and burned the skin around my eyebrows. I knew something was up because she put a thick oil on them when she was done, which she never does. She also didn't offer me a mirror to look at them which she always does. I feel like at the least you could've told me you burned/ waxed off my skin. Unacceptable!

Lee has been doing my pedicure for over 5 years now and my nails are in very bad shape from an illness I have. It takes time to do them so they look great and he takes the time needed to do just that. I trust him and I have never had a problem.

May 25 I went in for a refill, one new nail(broke after 5 weeks of original set) and shellac. May 27 shellac was already peeling and by June 1 I had broken another nail, it just popped off and four nails were already peeling shellac. I went in and asked for a refund. They said they would redo it. If you messed up the first time why would I let you do it again. I wanted a refund. They said the owner wasn't there so I could leave my number. I asked for the owners number they wouldn't give it to me. I left my number and will be going back everyday until I get my refund. Worst $48 I ever spent. After waiting almost 2 hours while the little techs talked and socialized. Oh and there were obvious dog noises coming from the back probably next door for the lees kitchen. The forst two pics are from two days later. The following pics re from 12 days later.

stars....I've been going here for 4 years then moved to San Marcos but came back for mani pedi last Friday.  Had a girl I had never had before.  I will never go back there again.  She did a terrible job.  I could point out four or five things she did wrong, including sending me home with my hands so dried up there are peeling.  They soaked my HANDS for over 1/2 hour in nail polish remover to remove the nails and it dried my hands out terribly.  She didn't know how to shape my nails.  They look terrible.  She didn't know how to do the length.  My nails are much shorter than when I went in.  I know she's been there a long time because I recognize her but I've never had her work on my nails.  And I've never paid $80 for a mani/pedi in my life.  I don't know why I didn't question that.  That is outrageous.DO NOT GO TO KITTY NAILS

My god is the worst place ever I went  to do my nails then I was waiting for  one hour when was my turn she told me she had an appointment  Can you wait ? I was like really ?  Cyndi is usually good doing nails but bad customer service ..
