It was an late middle age(old) and big lady who served me. It was bad service and result. She was so indifferent with you. I came in with long hair and told her very clear that I want to cut short hair with layers. She just chopped my hair with no patient. It's like that's the best she could do. With her face so indifferent I had no mood to bicker. Leave the store with this mushroom head. Would give negative if I could! It's a waste of money.

Be Aware!!! A bunch of thieves!!! Charged me twice!!! My son got a haircut and when my wife saw him at home she went crazy... Went back to the same location and the hair stylist Kelly agreed that the last haircut he got was unacceptable. She did a better job but I was charged again... Never going back again!!!

I've Ben coming to great clips seeing DANA for years .  she does an amazing job always! I don't like anyone else cutting my hair or my daughters hair. She really cares. My daughter has cut her own hair and Dana fixed it. I paid high price elsewhere to get my hair chopped up and Dana fixed it. She's an amazing life saver.
