Overall not bad. I was satisfied with the cut. However, I was very unhappy with how my stylist did not understand me, due to a language problem. I wanted to keep my hair, either to donate or use for an exact color match in the future, so I asked at least 5 or more times to p it in a ponytail and then cut it, so I an keep it. 5 time she said ok, but ultimately thought I meant to ponytail it when she was done. Every few cuts I stopped her to ask about the ponytail and was told yes yes I understand. After the last cut I asked about it, when all the hair was on the floor. The other stylist stepped in to help clarify and went pale when realizing what happened. My choice to not be more forceful. The cut was fine and I chose to let things happen like this with knowledge. I have to put it back together at home now. Just sayin be very very clear when you specify things.

Very bad experience the way a "racist" and "hateful" lady handled my hair. She didn't even untangled my hair before beginning the styling. I asked her to part the hair in the middle and style with layers. She never listened. She just did the back side and began to turn around my chair with the mirror forcefully shoved in my hands. That was enough, I asked to stop. Then, somehow, the manager lady tried to even out. Never go to Super Cuts again. Staff they hire are "unskilled" and "Not Customer friendly" with very poor PR.

they used to do a great job but the one new lady can't cut hair straight at all and the other new girl butchered my eyebrows so bad I barely have any eyebrows left and they're both shaped different now and don't match and one side has no hair in the very middle so I won't go back.

I got a haircut that im happy with. It was quick. And great price. Really friendly and helpfull staff.

The manager is not a nice person and could use customer service and management training. I hope someone from Supercuts reads this and makes the necessary adjustments.
