So I had just left the location on zafarano because of their horrible customer service and went to de Vargas location. At least these stylists greeted me but they were giggling and laughing like elementary school students. They were flirting with the male customers  and arguing about music. It was so embarrassing I decided that these girls were not acting professional so I can't trust their skills r any better. I left the second great clips location in one evening. I don't know who manages these places but it's pathetic the way this business is run. I think I'll find a new salon to cut me and my son's hair. Worst franchise ever!

Do Not cut your hair here. Incompetent people working there. They can't tell the difference between a tangle, dandruff, or head lice! The woman who was supposed to cut my hair couldn't find her glasses and she said she found a nit in my hair.  She was trying to locate her more powerful glasses but was so unorganized she was going through drawers, her bag, and even walked to the back of the salon to look for them and still couldn't find them.  She then proceeded to yell across the salon to the other hair dresser in front of all the other customers and asked her come check my hair out.  So unprofessional, not discreet at all!!!
As the two of them poked through my hair the second hairdresser said she would say no that could just be dandruff  but that it was the first hairdressers call. The woman accused me of having head lice and asked me to leave. 

I walked down to Santa Fe Hair Studio and got a great hair cut with Ashley AND NO LICE!!!

Lazy people who don’t want to do there job. Door was open and the ladies were sitting in a circle eating 2 hours before posted closing and said that they were closed. At least lock the door if you’re going say that but instead they are getting paid to sit. Disappointed because I was recommended here by a friend.

One bowl size does not fit everyone's head. Stylist asked if I wanted a bob I said NO, then I got a bob.  Her attention was with others in solon, felt like she was in a hurry. Had to finish cut myself at home.  But the location and cleanliness  of solon good.

When previously using their online reservations, I was passed over for walk ins and wound up waiting an hour and a half for a haircut. Then, when I tried to walk in for a haircut, they refused to place me on their waitlist, saying that they can only do online check ins.
