I don't think people usually bother to write good reviews. I would recommend checking in online and telling them so when you arrive. I got a random stylist and love my haircut. I thought everyone there was doing a good job.

This was literally the worst haircut I’ve ever had in my life. Please don’t give these people your money, they are idiots who don’t listen or know how to cut hair. The salon was understaffed (I had to wait an hour for this horrible hair cut), dirty (everything was covered in hair clippings) and the stylists were talking about completely inappropriate topics with each other while they were cutting customers’ hair. I showed them a picture of exactly what I wanted, which would have been about 7-8 inches off my previous length. The girl cut off about 11-12 inches and it’s not even a good cut. (She made me remove my glasses during the cut, which is fairly typical, but it made it so that I couldn’t see what was happening as she went.) Choppy layers, uneven length, with stray long hairs everywhere. Seriously, it is the absolute WORST. I would give zero stars if I could. I cried for hours when I got home and realized how horrible it actually was. I had been here once before with slightly subpar results and figured I would give them a second chance....I really regret that decision and I would honestly caution anyone from getting more than a buzz cut done at this place.

Rude and inconsiderate. Have had many botched haircuts that had to be fixed. I only go when I absolutely have to because they have a decent price

I would recommend ignoring the average rating - I believe a previous reviewer highlighting the management change is correct. The stylists were engaging and talkative and concerned. If you get a bad haircut you aren’t giving them feedback. Recommended!

My haircut took twice as long as necessary because the employees wouldn't stop talking to each other. After standing up, I realized that she missed half of my hair. Though she did attempt to fix it, she spent the entire time insulting me. When I got home, I saw how bad the haircut really was. I am now going to get another haircut somewhere competent.
