If I could give zero stars for this place I would. I went to look around and ask questions. I wasn't greeted. No one came to help me and ask if I was doing okay. NO GOOD CUSTOMERS SERVICE. I was followed around with a girl with long black hair and a bag pack that looked me up and down over and over. I'm assuming she thought I was stealing or something clearing I wasn't. I simply was looking at palettes. It truly was a horrible experience. Without giving an explanation of why they don't have anything. They said were just out. I rather go online and order my stuff than go to this store again. First time in the store and would've been a first time buyer but I rather spend my money elsewhere with better experiences and attitudes. AND no I was not rude. I just asked questions and they clearly didn't have an answer for me. Oh and they followed me out.

My friends love Ulta for lots of reasons and recommended it to me for my new hairstyle that required taking a foot of hair off. Katheryn was my stylist and she immediately started taking my weird waves into account for the new style. The layers are perfect, the shaping around the front of my face and jawline is adorable and she spent extra effort on making sure my new hairstyle looked as close to my picture as possible AND was going to be something I could manage by myself with my limited hair ability. She was super gentle and totally listened to what I wanted; I'm not sure I've ever seen a stylist that didn't leave me with a haircut I had to 'grow into' so having something wonderful and exactly like the picture is amazing!

My fiancé bought me the NYX Lingerie Vault set and I couldn’t be more disappointed... first off when we went to pay the girl was ringing us out as soon as she scanned it she told, who seemed to he the Manager, “it says send to back to vendor” the manager says “it’s okay we would rather sell it” with a chuckle! WT!!? ... hmm you would think anything that says that is for a reason?? I didn’t think into too much of it... Now I see why it automatically said that.. these “$105 Value” lipsticks are worthless.. they stay really sticky on your lips like glue they don’t dry up... literally stays sticky the entire time and it’s not even full coverage what so ever it’s almost like a lip stain!! I think kool-aid stains leave better coverage then these lips sticks..... Now I see why there were suppose to get sent back to the vendor!! They ARE defective! NYX has never been known to be crappy.. maybe it was just these sets that were defective. The fact that the Manager and the worker knew they had to send these back and let us still buy it was such a shady move!! They would rather get the “sale” then to send it back as it would be a loss to them if so! I am so upset that they allowed me to get this knowing and saying right in front of us that it should be sent back to the vendor! Is this a joke?.. like I said I didn’t think much of it because they still allowed us to purchase it, so why would I ? I do not recommend getting these sets at all. I will be returning it ASAP and I am gonna make a big deal for that fact that they KNEW it should of never been sold in the first place!! How is this valuing your customers, who are platinum reward members who even got a CC with them because that’s how much I shop there!? I am not gonna be a happy when I walk in there. I am so disgusted and irrate that they allowed this defective product to walk their door just to make a sale!? Someone is gonna pay for this...

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. The employees were incredibly rude and followed me around the store as if I was trying to steal something. I felt uncomfortable shopping and the store is filthy!

Cynthia in the salon is wonderful! I love my new cut, and she was pleasant in conversation. The store could stock their shelves a little better, but being the only Ulta in town means demand is high! They're going through a remodel right now and I'm excited for the fresh changes. Will come back for sure.
