No one in charge here, no boss no owner. NO ONE HERE TAKES RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANYTHING. The person below has nothing to do with this franchise shop, she is a corporate shill who can do nothing when a customer gets screwed.. Not like a real barber shop at all. An incapable "butcher", not barber, ZACK, managed to gouge my hair to the scalp using electric clippers. Then lied about it and tried to hide it by keeping hair wet. ALWAYS insist that they dry your hair before leaving. This ZACK kid, he simply can't cut hair. He doesn't even know what square it off in back means! Rotten, terrible.

Your hair salon expert Devon is just that, an expert in hair styles, cuts, and customer service. she has a very caring heart and really understands the needs of the customer before the customer says his or her needs. Devon is a rare gem in today's business and customer service. She definitely went above and beyond the expectations of this customer, from the moment I walked in to the second I walked out. Was nervous at first, I needed a cut, and Im in limbo looking for a hairdresser. This place Rocked my haircut, loved them. My son's hair looked Great too!
