!Wow! Exasperated has definitely the best experience in have ever encountered! Great customer service and knowledge of All types of hair. You guys definitely rate with some of the finest hair salon in Beverly Hills! Shhh....a hidden gem in Glendora.

First off, its nearly impossible to book an appointment because their receptionist is pretty much non-existant. I called three times. The first two times there was no answer. The third time I got put on hold for five minutes, then they hung up. When I finally called a fourth time, I got my appointment.

I went to see the stylist Annie, because I had heard good things about her. I gave very specific instructions about what I wanted. Half an hour later, I walked out of there, my hair looking nothing like what I asked for. It got cut way, WAY too short. Now I have to begin the process of growing my hair out anew, and live with a hair cut that is, in my opinion, terrible.
