I was very intrigued by this store while roaming the mall in Japan Town.The store smelled so good from all the incense and it was filled with cute items. The worker was very nice,helping us find the perfect scent, even lighting testers, and was there to answer all our questions. He even was nice enough to add extra matches! I ended up buying a lotus flower incense stand and 2 packs of incense and I'm very happy .

I Usually go to the brow bar and the girls there are amazing! So sweet and welcoming.

Customer service at this location is terrible! This is normally am amazing store, however, this location needs some help!
