I recently went here for a new patient exam, and I am thoroughly impressed with how it went. The front desk lady was accommodating and already had the paperwork I needed to fill out ready on a clipboard. The dental assistant saw me in less than ten minutes and the doctor shortly after that. Both women were friendly and surprisingly personable! Also, the hygienist was very thorough with my teeth cleaning. She took her time, and the visit did not feel rushed at all. There was not any painful flossing or teeth-poking. Checking out at the front desk went smoothly as well. I will certainly be back, and I am bringing my entire family. Overall, it was a great experience at the dentist.

Very professional staff! They made me feel really comfortable. Dr. Almaguer was very knowledgeable and gentle. I would definitely recommend this office to my friends and family.

The doctor was very nice and fast. the entire staff was very welcoming. The assistant Vanessa took time to explain my treatment plan and was very nice. Yesi the hygienist was fast and very knowledgeable about the type of cleaning I was getting done. Overall it was a great visit and I will be returning.

The only reason I gave this shop 2 star was due to Vanessa , the assistant. She was as helpful as she could be . As for everything else , I really should have not come back after the first visit - I came in for a tooth extraction , as one of my back teeth had broken due to a large cavity. I called ahead of time asking if they do extractions and confirmed they took my insurance , to which I was told "absolutely....." on both. Arrive in a lot of pain , have my x-ray done and was told that they dont do extractions.....Should have left then....but I didnt. Was then told by Aymee that the tooth can be saved (not a question - a statement) and I would need a root canal and then a crown - all for $200 bucks. I agree , get my antibiotics , and go home (note - no pain meds , I was told Ibuprofin would do the trick - it takes some of the pain from swelling away and as long as I have a count down to get rid of the pain , I will handle it) . I leave. My wife checks around and finds that with our insurance , root canal and crown should be $50 , not $200. When asked about the discrepancy , they say its "lab fees" that strangely enough no other dentist that takes my insurance charges. I still continue on despite all this because at least the issue will be solved. Show up for the root canal , and I am now told that they may not be able to save the tooth and may have to extract it , but they will try the root canal first......When questioned Aymee states she never said the tooth could be saved but she is going to try . As she keeps injecting more and more anesthetic into my jaw ( Which is a big sign that you still have infection - it creates a base environment that breaks down anesthetic faster) , she remarks on how there is still infection present. She finishes up the root canal and cutting away of the gingiva as some has grown over the broken portions of the tooth and then sends me on my merry way -a temp filling that looks like I could have picked it up at walgreens ( and dont worry Doc I wont complain about the blisters on my lip from the heated metal you used to cure the filling ), with no crown , i might add , as it would need to be put on later , and I could pay the extra $150 then. I call 3 hours later , spitting up blood and puss , feeling like my face was hit by a sledge hammer. I ask for a higher does of antibiotic but was told it wont do anything , there is no infection there, its just from the cutting of the gums - really ? So my body fought of the infection you saw during the root canal and didn't let it spread , despite the 25-30 needles for anesthetic or the cutting of the surrounding tissue? Asked for a painkiller as the 1600mg of Ibuprofin I had taken in the past 3 hours had done little to nothing. "Oh, ok , we will get that set up for you. "Not even 10 minutes later a call back - "we talked to your pharmacist and you have a script for Tramadol"( which I do - have had it for years due to arthritic pain - helps me walk without a cane but not much else) "and if you take the 2 together it can cause issues, so we are not going to prescribe anything , just take the Tramadol you have......" Because apparently at 43 years Im not responsible enough to only take 1 type of pain pill..... Awesome - so I have a Dentist that will actively try to screw you AND treat you like a child. I am sure that there is a pedophile joke in there somewhere . Don't bother with this place , the inconsistencies and shadiness are off the charts. I didnt listen and regret it.

The staff was fantastic! Very knowledgeable I can't wait to go back and that's not something I thought I would ever say about a dentist. My family is very happy with the treatment and the cleanliness of the office.
