I have been going here for about 6 years. I go every 3 months for a cleaning to protect my gums! LOL. So worth it. The hygienist there is the best and it's always quick and painless. My kids and husband go there also. Dr. Gandhi is a very capable dentist. She is sweet and mild mannered. My kids don't complain about going to the dentist, ever! Super nice people, truly.

I have found my experience to be great. It did take them a long time to let me know that my dentures came in but that was due to a change in office staff. I'm always greeted by my name when I go in and have had a great experience when I'm there. I have always dreaded the dentists office since I was a kid. Now I look forward to going. I do have to have my teeth scaled but I'm sure that will go well. I'll write another review when that is done. Please give them a try.

Steady Decline Was ok at first, had great doctor who had to retire not long after becoming patient due to health issues after that was very unhappy. They try to up sell you at every turn, charge you for every little thing, got a crown that didnt fit, had wide gap between teeth, they wanted to put in a filling of sorts and wanted to charge me for it. I personally feel my dental health has declined as a result of going here, finally got referral to new doctor and will be going for my next cleaning and dental care. Corporate practitioners are the worst, search for a privately owned provider.

Awful awful awful after pulling all my teeth they gave me dentures that didn't fit when I went back they told me there was nothing they were going to do. They gave me a set of dentures that didn't fit and wouldn't fix them. After mentioning a lawyer they gave me a letter stating they would not bill my insurance company for these defected dentures. They were extremly rude.

When I moved to Worcester I started going here for my regular cleanings. At first things were okay, but after a while my husband and I started having regular issues. One time my husband received someone else's statement. We had multiple occurrences where they tried to bill us for things we had already paid. At one point we actually had to contact our bank to send modified statements to prove payments made. On a personal note, I never really felt invited in this office; I often felt like I was an inconvenience to them while there. We finally decided to change our dentist. On a positive note, Dr. Gandhi is a very nice dentist and good at what she does. She's the only thing I will miss. If you go here, please be sure to double check what your insurance covers before allowing them to do anything in your mouth. My insurance only covered one x-ray procedure a year, but they did it twice in one year and now I'm stuck paying for the second one. My own responsibility - I'm sure - but make sure *you* know what you are covered for because they don't seem to be watching out for you at this office.
