I wasn’t sure what I wanted when I came in, but looked through some pictures and gave a general description of what I was looking for. The gal asked that I just trust their eye and they could arrange me something using the info I provided. So I trusted. I asked for a pink vase, purple flowers, with a few pink accents and white Lilies. When I came to pick up the flowers, purple flowers was about the only thing right about it. They were in an ugly multi colored floral vase. I asked for no roses but there was roses in the arrangement when I came, which was the first thing I noticed and mentioned. She checked the note and it said pink roses, which I never said. The gal was quick to replace the roses for me in an attempt to make it right but I didn’t want to keep nit-picking the arrangement that was all wrong. I appreciate she was willing to fix the roses but I heard her say from the back room that I did ask for roses, which I most definitely didn’t because no roses was the very first request I made. I gave 3 stars because they tried to fix the arrangement by switching out the roses and I believe they had good intentions with the arrangement, but they missed the mark pretty far. When I got the arrangement home, I noticed the Lily’s that were added to replace the roses had damaged petals. In retrospect I should have just not paid for them because they were not what I wanted, but I felt like I made the commitment to them by ordering them.

The flowers looked fine and customer service was great, but I guess I was just expecting a bit more from a $50 bouquet budget (not including the $10 delivery fee) than maybe four roses and a very few very inexpensive filler flowers - carnations and alstroemeria. It looks nothing like the $50 options on their website. I'd like to do a 3.5 star review. (Sorry for the picture issues, Google error.)

I called to have flowers delivered to my mom at work and they could even do same day delivery. My mom got the flowers and cried because of how pretty they were. Wonderful flowers for a wonderful price. I will want to order more from here again and I do recommend!

After scheduling and spending nearly 400$ on a bouquet of roses for my daughter and fiance this company failed to deliver on or any where near the time scheduled. The guy handed her the dam flowers in drive way of our house when it was supposed to be in her class. I've never been so embarrassed in my life. Thanks guys

Above and beyond, due to a few family medical issues I had limited time and needed a bouquet for my wife, they put together a beautiful bouquet and made me a loyal customer for life. Thank you so much for your help compassion and understanding.
