I live in Pennsylvania and many of my family are in Great Falls.  Sally's has helped me on many occasions with gifts and flowers delivering to my family for me.  There were never any complaints from those that received the flowers and gift items.  In fact they had nothing but praise for how beautiful their delivery was. Thank you Sally's.

I received a holiday bouquet on 12-20.  It was made from obviously old product and far from pretty.  Holly had berries cut off, no ribbon, no bulbs...just 3 pinecones glued on with glue strings all over. Carnations were dried around edges.  Bronze spray only made it look more sad.  I feel bad for the person who spent the money to send us a Thank you gift. It was shriveled a few days after Christmas .

My father passed away about six months ago, and we live more than 600 miles away from my mom. She was having a rough time recently, and I wanted to surprise her by having a bouquet of flowers delivered to her office. I was delighted that I could order online before I went to work and before Sally's Flowers even opened. That afternoon I got a call from my mom exclaiming how beautiful the bouquet was (and the delivery person kept a complete surprise). Every day for the last week, my mom has texted me a picture of the bouquet, and especially for the very-reasonable price we paid, it really is gorgeous. The delivery was orchestrated flawlessly on short notice, the flowers were wonderfully fresh, and my mom cried happy tears. Thank you so much, Sally's Flowers!

Sally's Flowers is a joke. Over the last couple of months I have been ordering flowers from here for my girlfriend. All the while thinking they were decent arrangements and always a surprise. After receiving this last arrangement she sent me pictures of it and I was absolutely disgusted with the way it looked. Looking nothing like the advertised picture on their website. Not in size, color, or even arrangement. Luckily for me I wasn't trying to smooth over my relationship with my girlfriend, it was JUST our anniversary. So now as I proceeded to apologize to her for the hideousness which she just had received she made me aware of the fact that they had contacted her to come pick up the arrangement because they "weren't entirely sure of where" she "lived" (when not even a month ago they had successfully delivered flowers to that very address). The lady at Sally's then asked her since they didn't know where she lived to come into town to pick it up herself. Not to mention their delivery person had already left for the day and would have to come back is what the lady said (not like these were ordered last minute. No they were ordered at least a week in advance). I have a couple of problems with this. First off they charge a delivery fee. If you're going to charge an extra fee for delivery you better deliver it. It might be a different story if you actually tried delivering it but being lazy and not trying? Really?! Get it together. Second I know I mentioned them contacting her because they "didn't know where she lived" sure that's fine if you don't know where someone lives but not trying at all is ridiculous but one thing I didn't mention that my girlfriend also made me aware was the fact that every time I've sent her flowers they have contacted her to see if she wanted to come pick them up or if she wanted them delivered. Once again I PAID A DELIVERY FEE. By calling they absolutely ruined any surprise I had hoped and thought she would be getting. I'm currently deployed and trusted that Sally's could take care of my needs by occasionally surprising my loved one by sending them flowers every once in a while and letting them know that even though I was on the other side of the world they were still being thought of and loved. All I have to say is don't waste your time or money with this place. Disgusted and disappointed.

My husband ordered from Sally's while he is deployed to surprise me. The hydrangea plant was very pretty when it arrived but there were no holes in the plastic vase thingy that was used as a pot. No special instructions and this plant died faster than a cut arrangement. I drilled holes in the bottom of the plastic vase and water just poured out of it. 
Not only that, when I spoke to my husband that day, he asked how I liked both of them. I only received the hydrangea. There was supposed to be a terrarium too. I called Sally's and they had to look it up. She said the plants that came in were dead so I will get the terrarium tomorrow.  It would have been nice to been told this during the first delivery. After reading all these reviews, I'm not surprised and I'll tell him not to use them again.
