Great store, they always have the one item I forget at the big hardware store. Staff is very friendly.

This store seems to condone un-orthodox practices and actions with its employees. I'd stay away if you can.

I shop here regularly. If I can't find something, I ask and they take right to what I am looking for. Much better and higher quality merchandise then when they were ACO.

Went here on a recent Wednesday morning to get some Rainx for my car windshield. There were two girls looked about late teens early 20's milling about, neither of which offered to help me. A person at the counter. I waited for them to finish with a question from a customer then stood nearby twirling my keys in the middle of the store. No one offered to help. I thought, crappy customer service. Then, when I walked out to head to Gilroys (which always has better customer service, though they are further) the person at the checkout said, bye! Last time I try and go to this place. It used to be good. Now, it's just another crappy chain store with clueless employees.
