I had a fantastic first experience at this Maynard's last night! Two separate employees helped us. One walked us over to the lumber area, personally. The other helped us determine out specific needs, took us to the barn, and helped cut our wood for us before guiding is back to the front of he store. He was friendly, funny, and thorough. Also, I was amazed at the variety of products!! I'm so exited I finally found this place, and I will definitely be back!!

First time shopping here! Very impressed by everyone's eagerness to help!! They may become our favorite Home Improvement Store.

Store layout is terrible .
Building supplies all over store.
Special order was damaged .
Special order pickup in back behind store.
You have to go inside all the way to the back.
Then you go back to your car.
Drive around to back.
While loading you notice some is damged.
So then you get back in your car drive around front again.
Go to service desk they send you to a computer . You look it up print it out and go back to counter.
Staff is friendly but layout is bad.

Nice, clean and spacious store. The staff is friendly, although aside from hello and smile, nobody asked me even once if I need some assistance. Considering I passed at least 10 associates, it was a little strange.

The employees were such great helpers to help you find items you didn't know where they were Menards is amazingly clean I was excited to hear at the checkout that I fill out this paper I get like a bonus from shopping there!
