Getting a dental appointment here is ridiculously difficult. You must call at 8 a.m. on Monday morning to get an appointment for the following week, and available times are usually taken within 30 minutes. They then tell you to "call periodically throughout the week to see if there are any cancelations". Your other option is to go and sit for hours in their waiting room on the chance that they can see you. None of this is practical for people who work and, frankly, they don't care. Based on policies that only benefit the facility, it is clear to me that patients are not valued at Great Lakes Bay Health Centers.
